As part of our Capacity-Development Programme, on 6th – 7th May 2024, The Intergovernmental Forum on Mining, Minerals, Metals and Sustainable Development (IGF) conducted a workshop for the Ministry of Petroleum and Mineral Resources and Nacional Minerals Authority. IGF provides workshop to its Member States, as Timor-Leste has recently become the 83rd Member of IGF.
The two (2)-day event covered topics on IGF Introduction and Overview, Mine Closure and Post-Mining Info, Mining Policy Framework Overview, and Critical Minerals Foundational, IGF Work Program on Critical Minerals and Critical Mineral Working Session.
